Hotel Planning Major Expansion

Hotel is planning extensive expansion of its hospitality facility with the construction to be completed by 2014. The company had extended their lease for a period of 40 years which will increase it by $1.2M once the terms take effect. The expansion will provide about 100 new employee staff openings.  Project is in the executive decision phase providing opportunities for design and prime contracting firms.
