A new Lowe's Retail store that has been approved for development is now stalled because of a political dispute between two North Shore communities. According to local news sources, it appears that the Lynn City Council and the Lynn Planning Board are filing a lawsuit to stop the development of a new Lowe's retail store and the expansion of the existing Walmart.
