2. You will need to be covered by a $1 mil. General liability insurance policy and covered by workers compensation.
3. Also have your own transportation and tools.
4. As a tradesmen, you will need to be capable and willing to take on the small jobs as well as the larger jobs in the residential home repair market.
5. You will need to be able to perform free estimates for the jobs. Each of our leads are highly qualified over the phone by myself to minimize wasted efforts.
