City and town Bylaws for Alternative Energy
On September 15th, It was recommended to Mr. Ritter that a task force composed of representatives of the PB, ZBA, MPIC and inspectional services be formed to move towards a comprehensive alternative energy wind bylaw as quickly as possible.
I know Kevin sent a copy of the Dennis wind by law to you for the PB to begin considering and have spoken briefly with Jay Gormley about these concepts. I know there is interest so would like to set a schedule for drafting such a bylaw.
